I love hot sauce and make my own most of the time.
One thing I do not though which I see often with many hot sauce people. They go after brands bragging about them or whatever and well they are only just hot. They have no real flavor to go with it, just extreme heat. One thing if your just after the endorphin rush but another if you want to enjoy food.
