PLAYERS BALL pics and reviews - THANKS TO PUSSYCASH & other sponsors
First I want to thank PUSSYCASH for making this event happen. They've been a loyal supporter for years now and it's always appreciated. It's hard to maintain the level of talent that we provide with this Ball. The only way we can do this is with the support of a main sponsor paying the majority of the bills. Pussycash loves their affiliates and pays them extremely well, they always make sure their people are happy.
I'd also like to thank our co-sponsors: MetroMoney, SugarCash, CECASH, AdultDevelopments, XSTREAMLTD, AVNonline, Webair and Protraffic. I hope you all had a great time.
D$'s review of the Players Ball
Venue ? Definitely one of the nicest venues for a Players Ball. It was just so large, normally they can accommodate over 2000 people, we clocked in 610 people through the night, which was more then I thought we'd get. A venue that large with 600 people isn't gonna look packed, but that can also look very VIP when you can walk around and not be so crowded. We used all 3 levels, had some pretty dancers upstairs in the Pussycash private suites early on, very PIMP. The stage was massive, definitely the biggest stage since C2K at the Venetian (for those that remember). The 3 big screens were huge behind the stage with a wall of TV's. The sponsors logo's were definitely seen all night, as were our pics from Players Ball past. My only issue with the venue is, their security team and staff were pretty retarded. They made up the whole wrist band thing, all I had was a VIP wrist band and a regular wrist band. They added more bands for the private tables downstairs and that completely confused the shit out of them. They also took an attitude with cameras, even my own video cameras couldn't come inside. Luckily we got FUBAR and AVN's cameras in after lot's of drama early on. I also had a little camera with me, Aaliyah Love was nice enough to take pics with it all night. All in all, the venue was still worth the hassle, after the beginning of the night things simmered down and became cool.
The artists ? My DJ's were off tha hook! DJ Evan played his best sets ever. I know not everyone is going to like hip hop all night, but for those that like it, he's was money! YT Cracker was a huge help all night, both behind the scenes and as the DJ after E-40, he also rapped again. Good to see he's not to big time for the Ball with all of his G4 success. Straw from Digital Underground did a Players Ball tribute song after YTC rapped, cool to see that. And our main artist was E-40, he was truly legendary. He asked KB before hand if our crowd even knew who he was, so KB said only a few people do and they are die hard fans, the rest probably know only your big hits. So he performed about 5 to 7 songs that were big hits on the radio starting off with the song that inspired D$'s Players Ball, ?Rappers Ball?, which says, ?I love it when you Players Ball...? For me, it was awesome to see him start off with that. I heard from lot's of people, ?wow, I didn't realize how many songs I knew of his?.
Dancers - The CECASH Go Go dancers made the venue and the artists look even better, always great to see hot dancers at the Ball. We also had strippers from Ricks Cabaret there, glad they came, wish they would have stayed longer. If you were in the Pussycash private suites on the 3rd level early on, you were probably very happy!
The Press ? Details Magazine sent out their feature writer and best photographers. Earlier that day we did a very nice photo shoot in my suite, all suited and booted with 3 top notch models. 2 of them were Trisha Uptown and Stephanie Swift, the other was Stephanies model friend. We got them in their bra's and panties, draped them around KB and I and used Trisha's ass as my table to hold my pimp cup. More cool photos were taken at the Players Ball with E-40, Ron Jeremy, Mr. Marcus, Vanessa Blue, KB and your boy D$. You'll see a nice spread on it probably in about 1 or 2 months.
E-40 was one of the coolest artists to ever for a Players Ball. He was down to earth and very easy to work with. He was nice enough to let me bring some players backstage to meet him. I'm very happy that worked out.
We had many of the top players in our industry there, always great to see the support of our biggest players having fun. That's why we do this.
I'd love to hear from your experience. Please post pics or stories if you got them. I'm about to post some of my pics in a few.
