they already own most of the company now and with BAC and citi group... these 2 are in the top 3 biggest US Banks
BAC should have never bought merrill lynch for 50 billion, that is why they are Down...
nationalizing banks is already happening with the 'tarp' money...
look at Royal Bank of Scotland ;-( ireland is nationalizing it's banks....
us is also...
short any banks that get the tarp money...
