For those that have not figured it out yet it is ultimately how you will handle "The Customer" that will dictate your degree of success in the future.
Call it Social Media Marketing or a Higher Level of Interactivity or whatever the hell you want but the bottom line is "If you want to keep a customer then you better treat them exactly how YOU would want to be treated." So if you wouldn't spend money for the product you are trying to sell then why in the world do you think they would?
