just started to eat oatmeal for breakfast, that's a new one for me..

breakfast usually...3 eggs, toast, turkey bacon

lunch...chicken patties,or turkey burgers, or sandwich, chips..

snack...walnuts, or pbj, or yogurt..

early evening meal...wendys..

dinner....meat, veggies, deserst...

snack....pbj, fruit..

if you're looking to bulk, you need to eat more than that...make your own protein shakes (i forgot this is gfy)...how many times you eat in a day?
