just started to eat oatmeal for breakfast, that's a new one for me..
breakfast usually...3 eggs, toast, turkey bacon
lunch...chicken patties,or turkey burgers, or sandwich, chips..
snack...walnuts, or pbj, or yogurt..
early evening meal...wendys..
dinner....meat, veggies, deserst...
snack....pbj, fruit..
