There will always be a mass of people that will pay for specific porn they like, even if they can get it free, because their morals tell them its stealing. Generally these are porn customers that go to church. There will also always be a mass of people that work hard to see your content for free, & would never pay for it. In the middle are the people that will pay if its hard to find free, but will not pay if its real easy. The paysite owner's only power is to make it as hard as possible for people to easily get their content for free, & try to maximize paying customers with benefits the tubes can't provide.
People in front of the tube revolution are making money by driving traffic to their sites from the tubes. If you cant beat em, join em...

A model based on theft is not a hot business model. Let me tell you whats going to happen because the industry doesnt learn. everyone is getting desperate so they are all going to go tube crazy using the adapt or die excuse. Well if I give it all away I will get traffic, lets not talk about the actual demographic of that traffic but hey its traffic. Then Governments will start banning porn off the net eventually ppv tv and the few surviving book stores will be the only places you will be able to get it.
Giving away full scenes of porn just gives ammo to the religious extremes to fire at us with. Then someone will actually have the balls to say why are they picking on us?
People say well they have done nothing yet. My lawyer described it best, the government isnt a speedboat that can turn fast, its a slow huge freighter. That takes a great amount of time to get on a new course but once it gets on that course and its in motion you are very fucked.
