the government cant ban porn off the net if it tried. The foreign web will keep cyberspace saturated with all porn legal & illegal. the courts are filled up with dudes that jerk off. Porn, at least porn not deemed obscenity, is legal tender speech in the USA.
The religious crazys had their day with bushie & look how far they got in their crusade to prosecute obscenity. Max hardcore, & locals who cop pleas. They have tweaked 2257 to make it a pain in the ass for us. A few states give their locals a hard time. Its done nothing to stop the glut of porn production.
Tubes are just a conduit for a bigger thing, which is change. Our business model is changing & we need to change to find new ways to make the money. As long as you produce unique or compelling content you can bring in the customers. i think?
