It's all in the lifestyle. When I was eating less beneficial, I wasn't able to stay focused. Especially when I drank a lot of caffiene or sugary shit. I switched out a lot of the things I used to "snack on" for more balanced meals and now I see a major improvement. That coupled with some exercise will do wonders for the body and mind
