forget about drm being any kind of solution. the aebn watermark is on a lot of tube videos & what Shap says about customers and drm is entirely accurate. even vod sites are going flash now.
the solution is to work to change the DMCA, while policing your content. only a change to the legal free pass tube sites get now will make a difference over the long haul.
