Is there any image gallery software that will allow me
1. To upload jpgs to a folder using ftp
2. Make thumbnails of jpgs including of those that I upload continously
3. Rotate thumbnails after x minutes or every time a new surfer visits the site
4. Allows hyperlinking of some thumbnails to redirect to another site.
