i never stated i sell videos or contents. you are mistaking me for that. that is clearly different, and not what im doing. there is a big difference. no matter how you put it, this is whats going down: i am selling a database filled with texts that can only be converted to useful format by choice of the owner.

If their TOS is like youtube then this is a violation because they prohibit embeding
their videos on a site that is "in competetion". Youtube gave me a violation warning
because I uploaded a video and embedded it on my tube site.
So good luck on this.
BTW :
A little bit of htaccess and a simple perl script will wipe your databse out after people
spend $400 on it.
Just look at a youtube video page and they show you the webpages that have embedded
the video. It's not hard to block the sites.
