I went over to the closest store in Burbank, found the place to be mobbed, it was impossible to park, most of the good stuff was already gone, and the lines at the register stretched to the back of the store.

I said, ?Fuck it? and left.

So, I decided to check another store out in LA and there was a line out the door so fucking long, you would have thought Led Zeppelin had reunited! The crowd reminded me of the cast of ?Idiocrasy?.

Fuck that shit, I just drove on.

Here is the kicker, here are the big ?savings?:
1. 10% on most everything.
2. 20% on CDs and DVDs (all the good ones were gone)
3. 30% on the already overprices cables.
Meaning, if you spent 100$ on a new DVD player ? you?d save a whopping 10 bucks. Like 2 bucks on a CD? Unless you are having a whopping HDMI shortage at your house, this sale is basically worthless!

Do you really need to spend 4 hours to save 10 bucks? Is your time worth $2.50$ an hour?

Mine isn?t.
