Action script and C/C++ carry almost identical syntax.
A decent C programmer will have action script running in no time flat.
This is a company that does not have a 2 week deadline and will hire someone
who can meet some of those requirements and they don't really expect to
get someone with all the skills listed.
Some of the skills listed will not even be used by the company. They only list the
skill because they know they can move that person into what they are doing
easily.
For example, if you need a perl programmer and none apply then hire a C/C++ programmer
and give him 3 days with a perl manual and end of story.

I know, I've never been in a situation in LA where the people doing the hiring didn't know jack shit about what they were getting themselves into, not really bothering to learn what skills were needed but their brother told them or something.
Sat a programmer down and told him to "do it" ... use him up and three months later just put the add backup and hire another victim to hack the crap code that's already been fucked up by the 15 nit wits before him ...
Alrighty then. Thanks
Good luck to the OP
