it really depends how the individual uses it. if millions of people were using google to find rapidshare links to your content, isn't that facilitating copyright infringement ? but if another group were using it to remove those content, isn't that enforcing copyright law?

true, flvhunt maybe geared towards finding porn videos, but it does exactly that, the spiders cannot tell whether the embed codes were uploaded by a paying member of a content site or if its a promotional video, it grabs things according to its own algorithm and stores it. its impossible to determine whether each video is legal or illegal uploaded given the sheer number of data collected. you keep imposing your own assumptions as fact. when you claim its illegal the burden of proof is on you.

i want you to see what you think of flvhunt when it starts indexing non pornographic tube sites. what then? all flash videos are still illegal ?

again, i grow weary of such tactics that always ends up attacking characteristics, and not on the subject.
