Alright..well with ADHD kids you want to get them on a LOW SUGAR NO FOOD coloring diet. A lot of "ADHD" kids are actually exhibiting allergic reactions to food coloring (particularly red food coloring) did any of the doctors test for that? But not only that food coloring and preservatives in food can exacerbate the condition and make it unmanageable. I would also consider looking into the holistic route. Skullcap and Valerian have shown excellent results for adhd children, and they have been doing research on this for 30+ years in europe. Valerian helped my son immensely, it's non-addictive, has no side-effects and you can't overdose on it.
A really good Omega 3 suppliment is helpful too. But try to get seal oil, it's a more complete omega 3 complex than most fish oils. Omega 3 is fantastic for helping the brain.
