CSS frameworks are fucking useless in my opinion. It's like using a Nuke to take out a ant hill.
The only assistance I use is a hybrid between Eric Meyer's and Yahoo's CSS reset.
If you're having a hard time staying organized and naming shit in CSS you have a severe case of ADD.
