Why have terrorist not attacked again after 9/11? They have won since they caused a country in constant fear. maybe not everyone, but a very high # of the citizens.
If you honestly think that Bush scared the terrorists away you are beyond delusional.

I am from America, and I agree with you completely! Bush was a piece of shit president, and will go down in history as such.
BTW, 911 happened under his watch, so the revisionist historians are just working overtime now.
He doubled our national debt, he started an illegal war, our economy is in the toilet (all under his watch), and now, rather than work together to hopefully fix the mess, the Rebublican haters are already popping their dumbass heads out with negative predictions.
The Bush policies have only created more terrorists, and justified the feelings of the terrorists that already existed. He was the fucking worst president in our lifetime!
The reason Obama was elected is because the majority of the US voters (and almost all of the world's citizens) realized we needed to change course before it is too late (if it is not already too late).
Give him a chance, and let's see what can happen. Another election will take place in 4 years. If Obama does well he will be re-elected. If he does not, then he won't, but to start piling on now, just to be loyal to a failed party - A TOTALLY FAILED PARTY - is exactly what the Republicans can do if they want to continue to be the problem.
I think it's fine in a way, because as long as the Republicans continue their negative approach - then if Obama does reasonable well, the GOP will just become weaker and weaker.
