I've done a fair bit of searching and it sems on almost every site you have to pay anything from $5 to $300+ a month for partner accounts. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying...eventually. But I would like to build up a decent submit database of free listing MGP first, no matter how small, all traffic counts with galleries. Once I have a little recurring rolling, then I can start buying accounts.
I'm not asking anyone to divulge their submit listings, just point me in the direction of a few that still allow free submits and i'll take it from there :D

You should work with some auto submitters.They would make your life easier.
HERE is the one that i use for myself.Had already around 400+ TGPs and MGPs which dont required fees for submissions.
