This has nothing to do with cultural ignorance. It's about not understanding and filling in the words, those could be aliens from Jupiter it wouldn't matter, just that what they're saying isn't English and that it sounds close to something in English.
But heres some cultural ignorance for you: wtf, why have the Indians been stuck on 'Thriller' for sooooooo damn long? It's like every music video of theirs aims to be as close to being Thriller as possible, the dances, the moves the dude makes and his clothes are all from Thriller. Come on Indians, hurry the fuck up and learn a new dance!
