You will get away with it until your website blows up and starts to make money...once they see you are making a profit from their trademark...then they will send you a cease and desist letter. A lot of people have a ton of domains with youtube, google, yahoo, facebook, and myspace attached to them. But not all combinations would be considered trademark infringement, but they have so much money...their lawyer will say you are trying to slander their image.
A friend of mine did something with Museum of Modern Art (Moma) and he got a letter, and when he did not answere he got court papers...he gave the names up fast. If these companies win in court you will be homeless. Not worth the traffic or quick buck. Even myself with a popular Handball website had to send a letter twice...fucker kept using my photos with trademark/watermark for DVD covers.
I have seen on another board someone who had a domain/website using the word camz...and they got a letter from camz telling them to stop using that name...otherwise legal action.
