This is a case that needs to be looked at far more in depth than usual.
1. Why was he in there. for a similar cime. ( Fry his ass )
2. For a crime of any sort where he had a good attorney? ( Fry his ass )
3. An issue from birth or a Severe traumatic event. ( Medicate him till he can never move again.
4. How did he escape. accident or cunning, then no one else gets in trouble. Lazyness or cheapness on the part of the facility, the government, then someone other than he needs to pay as well.
