It's a sliding scale, so if you are actually sending productive traffic, it won't change anything. Not a single one of my links has changed or been disabled.
This is more for the producers that are saturating c4s and taking traffic away, with no other intention to do otherwise. Look at all the new stores that sign up with a bannerfarm and 5 clips, then update MAYBE once or twice.
