I've had it several times and I'm picky about the fish I eat.
Swordfish is a bit meatier (most chewing) than some of the light white fish like cod, snapper, halibut. It has a mild taste. Usually when I've had it, it's been a very simple preparation. Bit of garlic and butter.. or a mild white sauce.
