So it's not free? The surfer needs to initially signup with a credit card for 1.00 that is recurring monthly at $34.97.
What is the premium service? is that ontop of the recurring $34.97 and why is premium cheaper then the recurring "free" account? Is that premium $24.95 ontop of the recurring "free" charge of $34.97?
