I never said you didn't work out. I said work out harder. 5lb ankle weights while drinking a McDonalds milkshake and doublefisting a Big mac while watching an exercise program on FitTV doesn't count.
And just because Ronald McDonald has you lift his Quarter Pounder technically does not make him a "Personal Trainer".
