This isn't going to happen unless you do the following.
1) Pay your models more, when they ask for it.
2) Book them again and again, even if you don't need too.
Now you will be loved by every model.
Consider your niche, the Legs are all that matter, simply move on to the next model who will accept your rate. If they don't like it, simply be polite as you are, and tell them that's all you have in your budget.
