I am glad you cleared up the whole situation, that's much nicer
We are barely starting in production, and your advice was an eye opener and an approach we'll take, even if I'll be very lame and probably give them bonuses all the time lol
We have been lucky enough to have all the A kind of girls not show up so those were deal breakers and our B girl knows the rates and is happy =)
