Think the girl may do well.
Do not care for the tour at all, also notice it has some text formatting issues where assorted ASCII characters appear instead of the text desired. Also notice it has some graphical typo's. Then lastly I do not feel as if the main page is "clicky" enough, nor does it really funnel the users to the join page that much. It also shows a lot in the previews.
