Alexa isn't a clear indication of traffic percentages mind you. You should use your own click tracking software to figure out what the percentages really are compared to what they claimed to be. If they claimed 65% USA and you bought the traffic, then you have a traffic log. Throw those logs against MaxMind's GeoIP database and see for yourself if its what they claimed.
