if that is the case, it's the writing it off as a loss and moving on that allows the cycle to continue to the next victim...gotta stop it somewhere or at least make him set up shop somewhere else

not a problem but in all honesty don't expect a quick resolution...if he does make it right quickly you got lucky...but at least he is on record and timestamped in public saying he is going to make it right...only thing is he didnt say when it would be fixed by
