That makes sense too me. ffmpeg is, as you may know, used for encoding videos,
which can be a very CPU intensive process. On a shared account, you're paying
$5 / month. If I were the host I wouldn't want you burning up all the CPU time
on a $3,000 server and only paying $5 / month.
