Thanks, I don't overcharge for no reason though, it's fair to the work I do. I could work for less but have realized that it just doesn't work for me because I could do more down the line working in my own projects and also, when I have undercharged, the boss takes a while to pay... :P

EDIT: Just a tip - if you're going to get property in Cancún, try to get someone from Mexico to represent you with Mexican realtors ;)
I already have a house in Cancun and 2 pieces of Property in Noth Baja..

Let me see if I can locate any of the nice houses here for sale.
