It's not just you Lori- you can call your former boss Alec over at XBIZ and ask him if I don't call his writers on the carpet as well- I recall a writer named Slav using the term " Gorilla Marketing" when referring to a veteran in the business. It looked really uneducated and dumb. The correct wording is "Guerilla Marketing".

Slav no longer works at XBIZ I hear...

I used to give Farley fits at AVN when I sent him corrections. He also agreed it made AVN look dumb on occasion. When you make a living like I DO sending out press releases to major media organizations and you have XBIZ and AVN wanting stories linked on TMZ, Perez, Fleshbot, Thedirty etc- it makes us all look like stupid "porn people" and we as a whole are better than that, or are we not?

The other reason I get so bent out of shape about bad grammar is simple- I was a Broadcast/ Journalism Major at OSU and had to learn how to write as my vocation.
That included press releases, short stories, and news articles. Always spell checked and turned in on time. I didn't even own a computer, I had a Brother Typewriter - So I learned real quick that I never wanted to have to use white out.

I will have a real press release coming out shortly that will be textbook- and if it is not...then you can hang me by my balls at the Phoenix Forum.

And it's a GOOD press release too!
