Nobody should of placed 7 or more eggs, in this case 8. Allowed all of them to come to term. Not to mention be surprised there was an 8th. At the very least it should be considered some type of abuse, since more often than not when that many babies are carried - they all suffer medical wise (OK maybe not all, but many if not most do). The mother would of course know this shit ahead of time and of course not that many of them are actually well off enough to raise a couple kids let alone 8.
