I love salad, so I buy the package of baby lettuce and whatever else they put in there. When I get the munchies, I fill a big bowl with it, put a little dressing on it and go to town.
I also like dried fruit. Apricots, mango slices, pineapple, etc. It's not exactly "good" for you because fruit has a lot of sugar, but it beats the heck out of ready to eat sausages. ;)
Nuts are also good to snack on. Pistachios, peanuts, etc. Just put some in a bowl so you can limit your intake and you don't mow through the whole bag.
