I know of at least one company using that, and WOW is it an annoying recording
and it goes a lil something like this....
This call is for dough, john if you are not dough, john please hang up now, by continuing to listen to this message you confirm you are dough, john, this message is an attempt to collect a debt, etc etc etc
Funny thing, I did sit and listen to the entire thing, no "hold for operator" no "call this number" just a note over and over again that the call was ONLY for Dough, John, and that they were trying to collect a debt.
and the winning company is..... Vonage
