The sites aren't updated too often. This link package if more for one way links and not traffic. They are established sites with mostly first page rankings for the keywords I was targeting. I make sales with these sites all the time, so you will still get traffic as well. The links are placed in the sidebar towards the top. Shoot me over an email and I'll send over the list of sites.
