I went to my first Cross Fit session on Wednesday and today I can hardly walk and type.
Cross Fit is a national gym and it's not your typical gym.

We did .6 mile bike ride ( no seat ), 15 squats, then 22 punching motions with 45 lb weight. 11 each arm. We had to do all of that 5 times as fast as we could.
