AdultAdWorld uses Zango and BlackLabelAds says that although apparently my visitors have clicked up to 3% in CPM ads, the CPC ads have gone pretty much completely unclicked

So I'm looking for alternatives... most of the ad networks I know are CPC and I would have to accept the advertisers myself.

Any network you use that you can recommend?
