I'm experimenting with putting teaser clips on dailymotion and youtube and so far I can say 2 things:

Fuck their arbitrary deletion policies. There is way more explicit stuff on dailymotion but they deleted my clip (twice!).

and

I'd say no more than 1:100 click thru the clip to my site. That's not very high IMO.
