It IS chopped. Look at the water line in the horizon. It CLEARLY goes UP just before it hits her legs. It's a good job, but not that good if I can spot it without looking too hard. They've obviously used the liquify tool to enhance her features.

I'm not saying girls like this don't exist, but she's clearly being enhanced.
