ill also add while there were 14 or so closed (Los Angeles alone) during my time in California, the number is actually much higher than just that.

Ive read numbers from 70 - 80 hopistals closed since 1990. You just dont see this happening in other places... not at this pace or level.
yes uninsured American exasperate the problem, but you add in millions of undocumented, giving births every few minutes (i forget the stats but is very often new illegal immigrant anchor babies are born), plus all the trauma from the illegal immigrant gangs, etc... it gets out of hand quickly.
