Well, for the MPEGs, ages ago I'd use VirtualDub to extract the WAV, and any cd burning program should be able to make audio cd's from WAV (if not, try RealPlayer's integrated burning, I remember it could do that)

To do it with FLVs download VDownloader - you can choose a variety of formats, including mp3. Don't know what to use for already saved FLVs though.
