Storm is horrible, don't get it. I hate it. My 8830 was on it's way out (USB tab broke off) so I was forced to grab a new phone - figured I'd "upgrade" at the same time.
Horrible.
The Bold though, seems great. It's pretty much a 8830 w/ a nicer screen and faster processor. Verizon supposedly is scheduled to get their version of it around May, but we'll see. This phone may or not be a world edition - I hope so - as I've read conflicting specs on it.
I basically want a replacement for my 8830
World edition, real keyboard, and faster processor. Touchscreens are horrible (I also hate the iPhone)
