Thia makes sense. LBJ was a master of domestic policy and screwed up in Vietnam. Nixon was a master of foreign policy (he opened up China for gawd's sake) and screwed up on domestic policy, topped off with Watergate, which was a catchall term for what is now the second-worst systematic abuse of presidential power in U.S. history.
