I guess maybe most of the congrats come from those that are already burdened, and it is kind of a "welcome to our world" kind of thing, where they are now in the situation they are in, so the more they tell themselves that it is good then it is like a positive thinking thing, where you can put a good slant on anything just by repeating it enough.... and maybe it is a misery loves company kind of thing going on too, I dunno, makes sense to them I guess
