But aside from those people, the only people I can think of who got fucked by Chio are the people who paid for Bliggo ads which either never ran or provided little to no results because the network was over-hyped and was only a handful of sites. But some of those got their money back.

Aside from that, the only people Chio fucked over are the people who haven't been paid through Verified Charge.

I guess I got a little sidetracked here ... I forgot about a lot of those people along the way.

I may be able to shed some light on the phone situation. The "United States Toll Free" number is likely his 866 Vonage number, which rings at his house in Florida. From what I know, the "Florida Office" is also a Vonage number that rings at his house in Florida. The "New York" office number is probably the Vonage number he got to look like he did business in New York, and so his Long Island family could call him "locally" on it. The "United Kingdom Office" is probably either Guy, the UK coder, or his UK Vonage number that he uses to keep in touch with Guy. The Netherlands number, which isn't listed, is probably the Vonage number that he was planning to get to talk to relatives in the Netherlands. As far as I know, all of these numbers ring to his house in Florida. I am unaware of any "real" office for Verified Charge in New York, Florida (aside from his house), the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, or elsewhere. The last I heard, it was a merchant account "piggybacking" the sites.

Especially if the addresses are fake, I'd assume that wasting your money on calling all of the different numbers is highly unlikely to provide any different result.

I have his cell phone number, but I am not sure if it's still good. Obviously, I won't post it on GFY. I have his Florida address and the name he gave me (which may be fake, because he seemed to give out fake names a lot) if that helps anyone trying to pursue the money owed to them.

Anyway, I hope all of his personal problems are resolved quickly and successfully. He's a decent guy on a personal level, and I don't wish him any ill-will, despite how everything went down. Water under the bridge at this point.
