The Sony Webbie is 1440x1080 with 5x optical zoom. $200. I am thinking about getting it.

Then they have this smaller one coming out, but no optical zoom.

I have used the Flip Mino before. The older 640x480 version. Under near perfect lighting conditions it is decent. I haven't used the 1280x720 one out now.
