I've used IPing.com in the past..
I still have an active account. The calls can be set up to recall every 10 minutes (like a snooze button on an alarm clock).
If you want me to I can set it up to call you in the morning on any and all phones, etc. Or you can signup for an account yourself.
I went hunting for a service like that years ago to make sure my sons got up for school in the morning. Then used it for my oldest after he moved out to get him up for work. He'd get up after a phone call but not always after an alarm went off.
I use it once in a blue moon now if I have an early appointment.
