OK I officially do not understand the rule anymore.
So I can make ban requests anytime anyone uses my real name, its not on my whois etc.
If someone talks about my health, my condition, etc. again I can request a ban?
Can others make request of a ban on someones behalf?
Is calling someone old and antiquated a personal attack?
